Almost unlimited support is offered by telephone and email within the setting up period of the robot for the first user only. Support is also provided during the warranty period for any breakdown or apparent breakdown. Outside of that, in order to provide premium support, ST needs to recover the costs associated with knowledgeable advice and prompt resolution. As such, ST may need to charge to facilitate servicing your request.

    Multi-function I/O unit brief specifications:
    Digital I/O: 5 volts CMOS, 48 bits, programmable as output and/or input.
    Analog inputs: 4 channels, +/- 10 volts, 12 bits.
    Analog outputs: 2 channels, +/- 10 volts, 12 bits.
    Digital I/O is not buffered (logic only) and we recommend our opto-isolator modules for real world interfacing.
    Note that an I/O card may be partially populated e.g. analog only or digital only.
